Product Policies & Returns

  • We will gladly exchange any product IF it is not damaged or worn and still in the original packaging within 7 days of delivery.
  • You will however have to pay a handling fee of R100 or you will be responsible to arrange courier/transport for your return,
  • Please try and order the correct size by measuring your foot and ordering accordingly. You will find our size chart under the Menus.
  • If any of our products have faults/flaws or is not up to standard we will gladly repair it at our cost. IF it is a factory fault and can not be repaired we will gladly replace it after we have accessed it and the factory agrees. Our shoes have a 3 month guarantee. If it has been damaged because of daily wear and tear then it will not be repaired or replaced at our cost. Each case will be dealt with individually and this will be discussed.   • Please keep in mind that leather is a natural product and colors may vary and small marks may sometimes be visible.
